Entry-level builds run 10 to 12 months, mid-range 12 to 15, and luxury custom 15 to 18 and up. Cost follows the specification, so each tier is quoted rather than listed.
What you pay follows the specification: timber grade, systems and interior standard, quoted in writing before work starts.
